Haiti Elections: Kenneth Merten did not tell me WHAT to do, Jovenel Moise says

Following the meeting between Kenneth Merten of the US State Department and Jovenel Moise, the PHTK Candidate for president, many believe Jovenel had just received a list of ORDERS from the BLAN, a "dictée" like they say in French... Jovenel Moise says NOPE! That did not happen!

Candidate Jovenel says:

"The American diplomat did not give me a dictée... In the past I could say, like others, that the international community is in control, but now I'm in the kitchen..."

According to Jovenel Moise, Kenneth Merten want nothing more than seeing the renewal of the political leadership in Haiti via the election process...
