According to Fanmi Lavalas, two or the members of the commission, Patrick Harris and Rony Desroches were involved in the El Rancho accord, One of them, Mambo Euvonie Georges Auguste, already sided with Martelly in the passport crisis.

Lavalas says Manno Charlemagne is a counselor at the office of the Prime Minister (la Primature) and Anthony Pascal (Konpè Filo) works for Radio Tele Ginen they claim is a partisan radio station, worse than Radio Nationale.
