According to an article posted on the Miami Herald, CEP President Leopold Berlanger has decided to implement this new rule for the upcoming elections to prevent poll watchers (aka Mandataires) to vote wherever they want and as many time as they want, like it was said to happen in the 2015 elections.

If you cheat, your name will be published, the details of your crimes will publicized.
