Nawoom Marcelly, the new president of Reseau Bouclier National, told the media Friday:

"We have not confirmed whether or not our candidate for president Steeve Khawly will participate in the next elections. The political organization is still debating the issue."

Steeve Khawly surprised many people in Haiti after he finished 9th in the disputed first round presidential elections, ahead or many seasoned politicians, all of whom got "ZERO point something" percent of the votes.

Steve Khawly scored better than two members of the famous G-8 presidential candidates, better than EVERY candidate in the G-30...
