Another rendez-vous at Haiti's Senate Thursday for the ratification of PM Lapin and his government
The ratification of Haitian prime minister Jean Michel Lapin which has been like a circus act at the Senate of the Republic is about to happen again this Thursday at 8am.
Senate President Carl Murat Cantave is taking some really tough measures to ensure that security is top notch. No civilians Can enter the grounds surrounding the parliament building with weapons and employees has been asked to stay home to prevent too many people on the premises.
This Thursday, May 30 2019, it is the Haitian National Police that will secure the parliament building says Police chief Michel Ange Gedeon.
