Manifestation In Haiti against increase in gas prices
Many Haitian citizens took to the streets of Friday, 18 May 2018, to protest against the announcement of the increase in gas prices.
According to news reports the protesters were mainly Haitian students and political opposition figures.
At Avenue John Brown and Rue Oswald Durand Street, where the Faculté de droit et des sciences économiques (FDSE) is located, protesters placed rocks and other obstructions on the roadway, Vant Bef Info reports.
