In a meeting at the Chamber of Deputes Wednesday, 82 deputes present was later reduced to 37, hence no quorum to continue the debate.

One of the key discussion on the house floor was the over the fusion of the minister of education and the minister of sports. deputes suggested a hold on the meeting so the Prime Minister Jean can reformat his cabinet.

One depute argued the incoming prime minister violated article 176 of the Haitian Constitution when he showed up with a reduced number of ministers.
