Privert told Jacqueline Charles of the Miami Herald Tuesday:

"If I am provisional president today, it's because there were a group of people who didn't assume their responsibilities. Today, he [Evans Paul] has neither the morality nor the credibility or integrity to discuss that. I am correcting their mistakes."

I agree, after Dupont call for no Election.

Martelly/Paul should have replace DuPont and order Election with the 3rd Candidate or the next on line until they find a candidate to face Jovenel Moise and return Haiti a legitimate Elect President.

Haiti first not Carnaval/Music should be first.
