CTCEP Haiti

En decembre 2012, le president Michel Martelly et d'autres, y compris le Senat, ont convenu de nommer une entite de compromis appelee le College transitoire du Conseil electoral permanent (CTCEP).

Nomme en avril 2013, le CTCEP a ete charge de rediger une nouvelle loi electorale. Les nominations ont ete faites conformement a la methode de l'article 192 de nommer un Conseil electoral permanent - chaque branche du gouvernement selectionnant trois membres, mais avec une comprehension qu'ils ne serviraient que jusqu'a la fin des elections.
