Haiti Prime Minister Hand Delivers Electoral Decree Law to CEP Members
In a symbolic gesture Haiti Prime Minister Evans Paul hand delivers the new Electoral decree law to the Electoral Council (CEP) and another decree allowing Haitian voters with expired National ID Cards to vote in the upcoming elections.

This electoral decree law will give the CEP the legal power it needs to hold in elections in the coming months.
Evans Paul said what he did is only symbolic because as soon as the decree is published in the government newspaper Le Moniteur it becomes law...
