Haiti's Capital is on Lock-down mode following president Jovenel's address to the nation
Some parts of Port-au-Prince Haiti is already locked with barricades in the early morning hours Friday, one day after president Jovenel Moise decided to break his silence.
According to preliminary news reports, not even motorcycles can navigate through the streets in the capital, Port-au-Prince.
Lots of tires are burning in the area of Portail Leogane, one journalist reported, protesters are holding bottles and rocks. the road is completely locked and getting through is completely impossible, he said.
