KREYOL: Haiti - CEP a foure pyel byen fon nan dada G8 Candidat kontestatè a la presidence yo... Kreyol pale... LOL... Sauverur Pierre Etienne di sou atenne Radio Caraibes CEP a voye yon email ba yo apre rankont lundi a pou di yo dekrè lwa elektoral la pa bay CEP a dwa pou fe konsèy indepandan, jan g8 la mande a, se BCEN ki gen dwa saa... Kisa ou panse de sa???

During an interview live on haiti radio Caraibes FM, The OPL candidate for president Sauveur Pierre Etienne who is also a member of the G8 told the journalist the CEP sent them an email late Monday night to say they are SORRY!!!

According to Sauveur Pierre Etienne, the email said the CEP does not have the authority under the electoral decree law to decide on the creation of an independent council, as requested by the G8, in order to double check election results. Such a decision would have to be made by the National electoral litigation bureau (BECN)

Since NONE of these candidates contested legally... The CEP basically told them to go to hell... So to speak!

UPDATE: Here is the official letter the CEP wrote to the 8 presidential candidates from the opposition (G8)

The Haitian people should not let these fraudulent anarchists intimidate them. They need to rise up and reclaim their country from these restated, impostors.

Your statement should be somewhat more civil.

These cry babies, opportunists incompetent so called leaders, should give the country a break.

No descent or civilized society would support such
