President Martelly Proves His Haitian Nationality Once and For All

President Michel Martelly Proves once and for all in front of the press and the world that he is in fact a Haitian Citizen by presenting 8 eight Haitian passport to a Haitian religious caucus, NOT the Senate, as proof that he has always been traveling with a Haitian passport as a Haitian Citizen.

Wait... There's More!

President Martelly invited the U.S. Ambassador to Haiti in the press conference and gave the Ambassador permission to release any information he may have about the Citizenship status of the President.

The Ambasador said: President Martelly is a Haitian Citizen and nothing more.

The senator accusing President Martelly of having multiple nationalities brought a claim that Michel Martelly was on an American airlines flight on 21 November 2007 but his name was not on the manifest. however, a passenger by the name of Michael Martelly was found on the Manifest.

President Martelly submitted proof in one of his Haitian passport that indeed he was on the questioned flight and a stamp on his Haitian passport proves that he was on the flight with as a Haitian citizen.

Wait... There's More!

President Martelly is NO LONGER a legal resident of the United States but a regular Haitian citizen with ONLY a VISA...

Surprised?

With the confirmation of the American Ambassador, President Martelly submitted proof that, on 2 May 2011, he surrendered his U.S. Permanent Resident Card to the United States Embassy in Haiti in exchange for a plain old VISA..

There you have it... All this talk about President Michel Martelly being a US Citizen and today the world discovers that the accusation is false!
