"If the opposition knew they won, they would stop protesting int he streets of Haiti and sit down with the president and take that power from him."

In an interview Tuesday, Edwin Zenny explained that the President of Haiti is not in charge, the Prime Minister is; that's what the Haitian constitution says. Therefore, all the opposition has to do is sit with President Moise and force him to chose the prime minister they want.

President Jovenel has no more maneuvers in his hands, Edwin Zenny said.
