Former Haiti Minister of Planning Yves Germain Joseph accuses Senateur Evaliere Beauplan of corruption. Senator Beauplan used to make $50,000 US per month from the luggage carts at the Haiti Toussaint Louverture International Airport when Jocelerme Privert was president.
Ministre Yves Germain Joseph made this declaration in an interview he gave on Radio scoop FM on Tuesday, September 18, and retransmited Wednesday.
