Jovenel: If overthrowing presidents solved the country's problems Haiti would be the best country in the Caribbean

Haitian president Jovenel Moise, in a speech to new Police graduates said: "If it was in overthrowing presidents that the country's problems would be solved, Haiti would be the country witht he least problems in the region."

"Because Haiti is the country with the most chiefs of state in the American continent," the president said.
