Haiti Opposition : Andre Michel and his 'secteur démocratique' make a comeback after the gas price riots

Haitian lawyer turned political activist Andre Michel and his 'secteur démocratique et populaire' are making a comeback after the violent protests that erupted in the country following the increase in gas prices.

"As long as Jovenel Moise remains in power there will never be peace and political stability in Haiti," the political activist said in a note he read live on a Haitian radio station in the capital Monday morning.

Andre Michel went on to say that President Jovenel Moise is responsible for all the acts of violence that occurred over the weekend and asks the people to continue to mobilize until Jovenel Moise is forced out of office.

What do you think about that?
