In an interview Wednesday, Leopold Berlanger said:
"We will not have floating votes: everyone will vote from a list where his name is inscribed with his national identification card (CIN)"

Haitians in Diaspora in USA, Canada, everywhere else will not have to go Haiti to vote, they will vote in their communities in Brooklyn, Manhattan, in Montreal, Canada, etc.
Haitian leaders overseas will work on the October election 2016 everywhere to elect a President who will work for the Haitian
