Haiti Budget: Andre Michel says President Jovenel Moise has 2 Choices

When it comes the budget, Andre Michel says President Jovenel has two choices: The path to that leads Confrontation or the path that leads to Understating.

"I strongly suggest president Jovenel avoids the path that leads to confrontation," Andre Michel said, "that's what will be best for him and for the country".

That's not his biggest problem my sources tell me that the USAID has cut funding to the country substantially.

They will not finance new projects for the next 2-3 years.

The only things they will fund is their current portfolio.

Because the gov't hasn't made an effort to work towards the elimination of poverty in the region.

The more they fight among the more money it cost
