Haiti: The budget scares those who are corrupted, president Jovenel Moise says

While in New York for the 72nd General Assembly President Jovenel Moise said: Because the budget will lower the level of corruption in the country, many people are afraid of it.

To those who criticize the 2017-2018 budget and who want nothing more than for the president to get rid of it, Here is the official response from president Jovenel Moise to them:

"There are people who only live by corruption, but today, at the highest level of the state, we have decided to use the country's money not for the benefit of a single person , but at the service of everybody."

"The fish rots from the head, but it can be cured by the head as well. I take the decision to put the State at the service of the country. Not a mercenary and predatory state, but a serving state that will demand a lot of work."
