New Haiti Constitution Will Be Published Before The End Of 2011

Finally... The new ammended Haitian constitution will be published by the end of the year 2011, Haiti Interior Minister Thierry Mayard-Paul announced.

There are only a few days left [9 days to be exact] before the end of the year but the new Constitution will be published in LE MONITOR before 2012.

What about all the bogus changes that were made in the constitution and published the first time?

What happened anyway?

How did it happen?

Why did it happen?

If you recall... The main problem with the first amended Haitian constitution published around the time that President Michel Martelly took office all the funky amendments that found their way in to the legal document between the time it left the senate floor and the time it was printed on LE MONITEUR, the official Haitian government newspaper...

Hmmm... Se gro koze...

This time around... Will everyone... La Presidence, Le Senat, Le Deputes, epi Pep La, agree on the final published Haitian contsitution?

Let's hope so because we have other matters to attend to... Don't you think?

I do not think it is a good idea for the president to publish the constitution for many reasons.

first, before he does so, he needs to think about the consequences.

second, what about all the projects he already planned on the constitution of 1987. Third, he needs to make sure that's what the people in Haiti wants him to do. finally, what kind of effect that would have on his government.with that being said I strongly
