By presidential decree, the people of Haiti have been convened to elections (le peuple Haitien convoqué en ses comices). The secretariat General of the Presidency released a note dated 13 Mar 2015 asking the people to get ready for elections starting 09 Aug 2015...

The electoral process starts Monday 16 Mar 2015 with the evaluations and validations of the BEDs and BECs (Departmental and Communal elections bureaus) by the Electoral council (CEP). On that same day, Haitian political parties are to begin registering with the CEP a process that will take 5 days.
