South Haiti Cut off from the rest of the Country after Hurricane Matthew

A young Haitian woman in the Centre Department of Haiti is complaining she cannot get in touch with her family members in the outskirts of Les Cayes since the day hurricane Matthew hit the southern departments of Haiti... She is not alone...

Since the last new updates, Haiti has been cut off in every way from the rest of the country due to a bridge that collapsed on Route National #2, the only road that connect capital Port-au-Prince and the southern departments.

There is barely any phone service, no electricity...

Soon after the hurricane left the area, the central government had trouble getting in touch with city mayors and other authorities from various affected areas...

What do you think about that?

The Cayes, Nippes, Grande Anse are in a state of Emergency after the Hurricane Matthew.

No electricity, no communications, no buses on the roads, no money transfers offices are working.

Haitian people from USA, Canada, France, etc, send your help to Haiti right now. Haiti is in a crisis caused by the Hurricane Matthew, a natural disaster.
