Rudy Heriveaux: The biggest PetroCaribe thieves in Haiti are now screaming "bare volè"

PHTK leader Rudy Heriveaux says the same people who tried to block Jovenel Moise from becoming the next president of Haiti are now hiding behind the PetroCaribe movement to force him out of power.

Heriveaux says he feels sorry for them because they will be the ones to drink the "te vèvenn", the famous tea for people in shock in Haiti.

The big boys who dilapidated the PetroCaribe funds are the same ones hiding behind the movement asking where is the PetroCaribe money.

They are using PetroCaribe money to finance the PetroCaribe movement in the streets against president Jovenel Moise.

There are a whole bunch of people who want power. They want to derail President Jovenel so they can assume power.

Heriveaux also warned against BIG thieves who are saying "bare volè" (catch the thief)
