Haiti Senator Steven Benoit announced he will NOT run for re-election

Steven Benoit tried running for president in the 2015 elections, he did do well in these elections. So, Steven Benoit decides to back out of politics altogether.

Senator Benoit made this decision because, he said, he is frustrated...

"I find myself in side a parliament," Steven Benoit said, "Se are living without a constitution, we are without a Superior court of Cassation, no Electoral law... There are a bunch of new lawmakers who are not legitimate..."
