Did New Haiti Prime Minister Henry Ceant Resign before he even got started?

Scandal at a meeting at the president's residence this Sunday. Members of the majority have asked Henry Ceant to take Aviole Fleurant back to planning otherwise they will vote against the government. Indignant and humiliated the appointed Prime Minister announces his resignation to the President. Panic !!!
