Finally, Haiti Prime Minister Jean-Henry Céant submits his statement of general policy to Parliament

The "énoncé de politique générale" (general policy statement) of new Haitian prime minister Jean-Henry Céant was finally submited to parliament Tuesday.

This news came after some exchanges between parliament and members of the president Jovenel Moise's cabinet in the news media.

Guichard Doré, special advisor to the president tole Le Nouvelliste Prime Minister Jean Henry Céant was waiting for the invitation of parliament to come to present the statement of its general policy.

The senate got defensive saying a month has gone by already and there is no official list ministers who will join Prime Minister Ceant's cabinet so that parliament can analyze them.

Jovenel Moïse's special advisor Guichard Doré argues that senators do not have the competence to analyze the documents of members of the government.
