Haiti president Jovenel Moise left Haiti Friday to take in the 44th G7 Summit, the summit of the seven most industrialized countries of the world, happening in Quebec, Canada, for two days.

While Haiti is not a participant in the G7 Summit, Haitian President Jovenel Moise was invited by Canada Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as the chairman of CARICOM.

As president of CARICOM, the Haitian president is expected to expose the problems of the countries of the zone in the face of global warming.

President Jovenel will also take this opportunity to meet bilaterally with the Prime Minister of Quebec and the Prime Minister of Kenya, Ambassador Peterson Noel, representative of Haiti at CARICOM told Newspaper Le Nouvelliste.
