While speaking to the media after confirming his candidacy for the election do-over, Moise Jean Charles said:

If all the candidates had a conscience, after seeing the number of people who accompanied us to the CEP today, the could all sign a political accord and declare me winner, this way the State (l'Etat Haitien) wouldn't have to waste all that money to hold elections."

Hmmmm...
