FLASH: Haiti October 09 Elections Postponed

Only days before the overdue Haiti elections was to be held, the Electoral Council (CEP) has announced that the elections will NOT take place as scheduled on 09 October 2016... This time, a hurricane has something to do with it...

Due to the devastation of hurricane Matthew in southern peninsula of Haiti, the CEP postponed the the elections promising a definite date by next Wednesday...

Will the elections be held for one week, several weeks or months, let's wait until Wednesday to find out...
