Attempt to Arrest ex-Senator Moise Jean Charles

According to news reports, Haitian police encircled the vehicle that was parked on the sided of the streets. Among the passengers in that vehicle was Moise Jean Charles.
Haitian police asked everyone to step out of the car and face the wall, the vehicle's owner told radio Scoop FM, but himself a political leader and Moise Jean Charles demanded that a judge be present on the scene.
