The National Assembly has been postponed until Wednesday, 7 Jan 2015, at 12:00 pm, according to Assembly president Simon Dieuseul Desras...

Keep in mind, parliament has a 12 Jan 2015 deadline to vote on the electoral law... Already they are complaining about voting on the electoral law when there is no Electoral Council...
