It is no longer possible for Elections to held in 2014 in Haiti, The window is closed, the Haitian elections is now scheduled for the first trimester of 2015 according to Pierre Michel Brunache, Porte parole for Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe, who blames the group of 6 Senators, including Senator Moise Jean-Charles, who literally blocked the vote of the electoral law needed by the Electoral Council (CEP) to hold these elections...
