"Today, " Moise says, "we came to surrender all [Senate] materials in our possession and our office keys to show that we will not enter into the logic of extended mandates (prolongation mandat)." Moise plans leave the Senate on the second Monday of January 2015.

According to the Senator Moise, This is a symbolic act to show that he does not plan to give president Martelly any chance to stay in power and govern Haiti by decree (gouvène pa dekrè) past 12 January 2015 (second monday of January) when Parliament will be CARDUQUE.
