"First, we proposed the use of article 289 of the constitution," Senator Jean-Baptiste Bien Aime says, "The Executive and the Senators who support them rejected it."

"Next, we proposed to continue with the El Rancho Accord with the application of article 289 of the constitution," Senator Bien Aime continued, "the Executive rejected it because we proposed that 5 members of the CEP be replaced"
Senatè a di: "Nou fè yon proposition pou yo retire 3 moun nan 7 moun PREZIDAN martelly genyen nan konsey electoral presidentiel la. Yo pa aksepte non plus retire 3 moun pou gen yon concession pou 3 secteur nan lavi national la..."
TRANSLATION: We made a third proposition to remove 3 people out of the 7 members that "President Martelly has in the PRESIDENTIAL Electoral Council" and again they refuse...
