Haiti Senate Finally confirms Néhémie Joseph as Member of the Electoral Council (CEP)

The Senate of the Republic of Haiti has finally confirmed Néhémie Joseph to represent Parliament in the new provisoinal electoral council (CEP)... So I guess that means Leopold Berlanger can finally get to work and the CEP will be at full speed with nine (9) members... I guess... Right?

If I sound a bit unsure, it is perhaps because every critical decision by some of our leaders these days are "Provisional" and it could change at any time... Talè ou tande gwoup 6 la pa dakò epi sa-w tande a... se REBWASE kat la...

If you recall only 7 of 9 members of the CEP were sworn in Friday, 9 May 2014, Néhémie Joseph was unsure of hos post and Leopold Berlanger chose not to swear in because he felt the CEP was incomplete.

Mwen pou sak pi bon yo, sèl bagay map di, sé pou Prézidan Martelly fè manda'l san problèm, 9 mou'n té gin pou prézanté nan sèvis léta 2 pa prézanté sa sé problèm pa yo sé pa yo ki Prézidan payi d'Haiti, nou méprizé sèvitè Bondyé épi nap chaché bon mou'n ki lòt koté nou pwal jwen yo?
