Wilson Laleau, President Jovenel Moise' chief of staff confirmed to the newspaper that the Haitian president "will officially ask" the American government not to end the humanitarian program that has protected tens of thousands of Haitians from deportation.

Haitians working in the United States contribute greatly to the Haitian economy. They transfer money to their family in need back home. Many of these Haitians sending money back home have TPS.

What do you think about that?

It is not the best of arguments to say that the Haitians working in USA are sending money home to support their families.

Most people including Trump knows that is going on. The counter argument from his point of view is that those dollars are leaving the USA and not contributing to the US economy.

Even though it could be considered humanitarian.

You guys must stop being stupid, Trump and the American people don't care that you are helping your country by sending money to your family in Haiti, this is not a good argument to help Trump renew the TPS. The argument we must make is that the thousands of children of those TPS holders that are born in the US and that are American citizen just like Donald Trump, what is going to happen to them if their parents are deported.
