The worried voice of the opposition is getting louder on the possibility of President Martelly ruling Haiti by decree after the second Monday of January 2015 when the many lawmakers term will come due if there are no elections.

There are only two ways to prevent that from happening: 1) Hold the elections by the end of the year OR 2) Extend the term of the senators and deputes until elections are held...
