Believe it or not, this is not my own words but a paragraph in an article published in the Haiti newspaper Le Nouvelliste about all the public officials who run around run around blasting their horns while "yo pa gen anyen yap regle," the article says.

Which brings the question of Prime Minister... Will the Next Haitian prime minister be competent or politically correct?
