If this new proposed accord is signed, this new Prime Minister by Consensus, will run the country in the mean time after Martelly leaves office, according to article 148 of the constitution, and the newly elected president of Haiti will swear in on 29 March 2016.

This is supposed to happen within a 8 days once the accord is signed, according to news reports...
