Haiti Police Nationale Taking Drastic Steps to Ensure a Safe Election Day
The Haitian National Police force has taken some drastic measures to ensure a peaceful election day in Haiti this March 20 2011
Here is the list of measures taken by PNH in Haiti:
From Saturday 19 Mar, 8:00pm, until Monday 21 Mar, 8:00am...
- All night clubs in Haiti will be closed
- The sale of alcoholic beverages are prohibited
- Motorcycles are not allowed in the streets
- Inter-Departmental transportation is prohibited
- Even if you have a gun permit, you are NOT allowed to carry concealed weapons
- Transportation is restricted within 150 meters from all polling centers
