Haiti - Parliament Schedule a Joint Session 12 Janvier, the Day after their Mandate Expires

Today in Haiti, 12 Janvier 2015, Parliament is officially Null and Void (dissloved, carduque); However, a joint session of parliament (National Assembly) is scheduled for today, 12 Janvier 2015, at 10:00 am according to a Haiti news report... Many are wondering if this session would be constitutional...

President Martelly issued a second convocation for a joint session of parliament last night, 11 Janvier, but that did not happen since there was no quorum.

Earlier this morning, pro-government political analyst Stanley Lucas and opposition lawyer Andre Michel both agreed that this session of parliament is unconstitutional. during their intervention on Radio Caraibes FM.
