Florence Duperval Guillaume, the current Minister of Public Health and Population, was chosen based on a communiqué signed by Enex Jean Charles, secretary general of the Council of Ministers.

In accordance with Article 165 of the Haitian Constitution, Ms. Duperval will this position for up to 30 days, pending the formation of a new government.
