According to Mirlande Manigat, if you did not get your "decharge" from the Senate, now dysfunctional, or La Cour Supérieure des Comptes et du Contentieux Administratif (CSCCA), it is too bad for you. for someone like that to participate in the upcoming elections it would be a clear violation of the Haitian Constitution.

The Radio Caraibes jourlalist who was interview Madame Manigat asked her: "What if it was someone from the opposition who was in need of this "decharge" would you have a different oppinion?"

Mirlande Manigat replied saying it doesn't matter who is in that situation. Although it is not their fault that the Senate is dysfunctional and La Cour Supérieure des Comptes is corrupt, the law is the law...

Dieusel Simon, lex president du senat est un cretin en politique, et ceci, avec un" C".

Comment expliquer que ce Cretin n'ait pas pu convaincre les senateurs lavassiens et OPL a voter la loi electorale et conserver les deux chambres fontionelles?

Depuis avant meme la prestatation de serment de Michel, son but principal etait de dissoudre le parlement.
