Haiti Justice System should prosecute Sophia Martelly for Voting in 2010, Charlito Baker says

Former presidential Candidate Charles Henri 'Charlito' Baker believes the Parquet de Port-au-Prince (prosecutors office) should prosecute First Lady Sophia Martelly if in fact she voted in the 2010 elections in Haiti...

KREYOL: Haiti - Charlito Baker di Parquet Port-au-Prince ta dwe ta dwe mete action piblik la an mouvman kont Sophia Martelly si li te vote nan elections 2010 la paske konstitisyon peyi a pat rekonet doub nationalite... Kisa ou panse de sa???

According to Charlito Baker, Madame Martelly was still an American Citizen at the time her husband Michel Martelly was running for president and the constitution of Haiti at that time did not recognize dual nationality.

What do you think about that?
