If in the country you come from (The USA) there were disturbing elections like in Haiti, the US would be unstable just like Haiti..."

Before you talk about Social, political and economic stability, Jean Monard said to the Ambassador, You should STOP sticking your nose and your feet 'tout longè' (all the way in) and quit CHOOSING the leader you see fit for the 'little' people of Haiti.

If you continue with this form of politics, you will always have a 'ball of fire' in your hands to manage, this what Mr. Ambassador need to keep in mind, Jean Monard said...
