Haiti - Installation of Evans Paul as Prime Minister Cancelled Monday
Did you know? Evans Paul aka KaPlim was supposed to be installed as Prime Minister of Haiti Monday 5 January 2014 at 11:00 am but the installation was cancelled at the last minute... So what happened?

According to Le Nouvelliste, Haiti Senate president received an email from the National Palace inviting him to the installation of Evans Paul at the national palace.
Following the installation at the Naitional Palace, Interim Prime Minister Florence Duperval Guillaume was to "invite Evans Paul to la Primature" so he would take over charge as the new head of government.
None of that happened Monday...
