KREYOL: Haiti Election - Kandida Henri Ceant plenyen pou yon atik nan dekrè lwa eletoral la ki mande fòk yon kandida bay prèv li peye TAX li chak ane a lè oswa yon lane apre... Si se konyea ou pwal peye tout TAX ou dwe leta pou 5 dènye lane yo pou al kandida, ou CHIRE... LOL... Kisa-w panse de sa?

Ceant said this is a mission impossible for most Haitian citizens in the country as if to say most Haitians do not pay their taxes.

According to Article 90-M of the new electoral decree law, if you fail to pay your Haitian income tax annually you cannot be a candidate.
