Haiti Election Update -- If the candidates are required by law to have a certificate of DECHARGE in order to participate in the upcoming elections, It is only fair the Electoral Council Members who are enforcing this requirement OBEY the law as well... Assuming that these CEP members can perform their jobs because of the agreement signed at KINAM Hotel, If this agreement allows to NOT respect the DECHARGE requirement, Claudy Gassant says this accord also concerned all the candidates...

If CEP Members do not need DECHARGE, neither should the candidates, this is Claudy Gassant's theory...
