"Not at all! Not at all," Lucien Jura said, "the executive will NOT take a presidential decree to faciliate the involvement of former government officials managing public funds in the elections."
"The position of the president is to respect principle of separation of powers," Jura said
NOTE: Laurent Lamothe, former Prime Minister of Haiti and close friend of President Martelly, is one of those government officials who would benefit from a presidential decree granting DECHARGE... What does that mean for him?
